Hi Mozah55,

Welcome to the Apple Community, where some of us do our best to help each other.

Your Apple ID is the account you use to access Apple services,

such as the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime and more.

See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088

If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement / How to see what you were charged for:

https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT201382

This suggestion below may or may not work for you,

as I do not know what country you are making purchases from:

How to report a problem / request a refund::

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

If nothing has helped you and the problem still exists for you:

You might want to click on the "Get Support" link on the right at the top of this page to contact Apple.

Please feel free to "Post" here again, or at anytime :)

Sorry nothing so far has worked for you.

Wondering if a family member may have purchased something without your knowledge ?

(Perhaps you, or someone else, might have bought something using another Apple ID ?)

Wondering too, if it is not there on your Apple ID / App Store records,

You can find out from Apple what the amount of money withdrawn was for, to be sure whether it is a mistake.

(We are all Apple users here, like you, so Apple does not know about the problem unless you contact them.)

See a list of Apple phone numbers around the world

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232

If your country is not listed:

Apple Assistance:

Choose your country or region:

https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region

OR

There is a "Get Support" link to Apple at the top on the right of this discussion page.

Perhaps it only in your bank account that the amount appears ?

If so, you may need to contact your bank, to enquire about the withdrawal that you do not recognise making.

All the best :)
