when playing an in browser game, every time I spawn in to the game it automatically hides my cursor as it is a first person shooter, however; every time I do this it comes up over an over again which impacts gameplay and I would like to know if It can be disabled.

Talk to the developer of the browser game. They would need to add a notification that they have deliberately hidden the cursor. This is not an Apple, or Safari issue, especially since your profile shows an aging, unsupported version of macOS.
