why in my iphone 11 the side buttom for my volume up and volume down not Working?

On possibility is the buttons are turned off. Go to Settings/Sounds & Haptics and make sure Change with Buttons is on.

Very hard to say why. Get an appointment at an Apple Store for an evaluation.
