zoom causing kernel_task to use more than 1000%

Hi All, I'm on 11.4 macOS Big Sur. As I do meetings zoom, it starts causing kernel_task to start creating a huge load with crazy high cpu while sharing screen and video call. If I quit zoom it slowly returns to a normal base load average based on top of around 1.8-2. I have a MacBook Pro 2019 - i9.

Please help me to fix, it cause the performance issues and slowing down my MacBook.
