Screen time limits and child Apple ID

My child is now 14. We have screen time limits set up though family settings using their Apple ID.

i want to enable child to use App Store, update current apps by knowing their own apple ID and password. (Regardless of setting up “don’t require password”, App Store requests password for each updated app.

Question: what risks are involved with my child knowing their ID password? What can they have access to, change or use their Apple ID to do, that would circumvent the family sharing and screen time limits currently set up by myself as the family organizer?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

They would have to know the Screen Time password to change any Screen Time Settings.
