Disable Cellular:

Is Cellular Enabled? If so, disable it, seeing what happens. Disabling it is performed in Settings.

I see, thanks. Please try to reset your router or wifi. I usually unplug from power then for about 10 seconds then plug in again. Then connect your iPhone to your wifi, then

try to download the app again in AppStore
