Does Center Stage have compatibility with 3rd party apps like google meet or zoom?

Zoom were very quick to update their App to support Centre Stage on iPads that support this feature:

I am not aware of Google having incorporated this function.

That's up to Google or Zoom to implement.

Apple provides the information about how developers can write their apps to make use of Center Stage. It is up to the developers to make use of the information.
