Forgot Apple ID password

I forgot my password to my Apple ID *******@gmail.com and I don’t have this gmail anymore . How I can change the password? I have the same phone number and I change a lot I phone but they not work anymore how u can help me?

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.

If you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, you need to start account recovery.

I did it . It redirects me every time to a device that is not working and not in use. I do not have access to this email address. Apparently there's a problem because I do not have this email anymore nor the access to the old phone. I do not have access to the current iPhone X phone and the phone number is ****. I submitted a reset request several times and something went wrong. How can you help me?
