How to get Catalina 10.15

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on Catalina.

Try it again. Perhaps reboot before trying it. I've used it on 2 computers (1.5 weeks ago). Hopefully they didn't change it. I had the internal error issue when trying to upgrade to Mojave, but Catalina worked.

See if you have any applications named "Install macOS..." in your Application folder from previously attempted downloads. If so, drag them to the trash, empty the trash and reboot the compute. THen try the download again.

That link doesn't work. Apple has deleted all but Big Sur from the app store.

Actually, it does work. I just used it.

Use Safari to get there. Firefox or other browsers may not work.

That's the key. I had to use Safari. Thanks.

I just tried that link in Safari and it still comes back with an internal error When the "get" button is pressed in the App Store.

Any ideas? Thanks

Link still didn't work but I had found a copy of Catalina I downloaded a while back and had to use that. I also didn't see and "Instal MacOS " applications either. Thank you for your help.
