Apple Watch

I have an Apple Watch that was once synced to my phone. When the watch was synced to my phone my ex wife her Apple ID because I couldn’t remember mine. I’m now trying to connect it to my phone but I can’t without her information. Is there a way to bypass that required information since my phone is recognizing the watch?

No,only your ex can remove the activation lock with her apple id,there is no other way.
