how to delete old apple id

This process completely and permanently deletes your old AppleID and associated data. (So proceed w/ caution)

Go to: https://privacy.apple.com/

Sign-in w/ the AppleID you desire to delete.

The option to “Delete your account” is presented near the bottom of the page.

Note that this is NOT an instantaneous process.

You’ll be presented w/ multiple opportunities to cancel the “deletion” as well as a multi-day “cooling-off / delay period” after you’ve initiated the process.
