To what ‘lock’ situation are you referring to? Did you:

forgot the passcode? If yes, see If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
or is it about an Activation Lock? See How to remove Activation Lock
or is it about Carrier SIM lock? See How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier
