Mail keeps crashing (OSX Big Sur) even after restart

Is there a fix for this, seems to be doing it more often and even after I force quit I have the same issue.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4

In Mail >> Preference >> Mailbox Menu >> Rebuild. Then Test.
