Face ID not working in the App store

I’m having this issue only in the AppStore. I have Face ID enabled for AppStore purchases but for whatever reason it always defaults to the “Install” button and I have to constantly enter my Apple ID password each time. Just f

bought a new iPhone 11 Pro Max I didn’t have this problem on my IPhone Xmax
