Apple Pencil won’t charge
I just went and bought my Apple Pencil today and it will not charge. What’s wrong with it?

Is your Apple Pencil 1st-generation or 2nd-generation? If it is 1st-generation, make sure your iPad’s charging port is unobstructed and clear of debris, because your Pencil charges from there. If it is 2nd-generation, make sure nothing is blocking the magnetic top of the iPad for charging the Pencil. Other than that, contact an Apple Support specialist - your pencil or charging mechanism might be defective.
