Safari error message 'A problem repeatedly occurred with...Reload page,' after install of PSI Secure Browser

I had to install the PSI Secure Browser to take a proctored exam. Since the installation I have been getting Safari error messages that read 'A problem repeatedly occurred with...Reload page.' I NEVER got these before and cannot access some websites. I called Apple and they attempted to walk me through removing the PSI program. All we could do is trash it as there was no uninstall option. The problem has persisted and I would like to fix it, and be sure that the PSI program is 100% gone. Ideas?
