Face ID

Hello my Face ID is not working. My phone (iPhone X) keeps telling me to move my face higher/lower but never worked. I have restarted my phone and watched multiple YouTube videos and nothing works please help

Sounds like a hardware problem with your True Depth camera. Click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page.
