seems apple is not publishing a list of all calendars anymore, but a workaround is to change your region, then open the Calendar app, grab the URL of the new holiday for that region to subscribe.

Thank you. The process above replaces your current holiday calendar with the new region in sys prefs. I want to add an additional calendar, though. I've seen a few few posts where people have subscribed to an Apple holiday cal URL feed from a different country. I'm looking for that URL feed for Italy.
