I should be able to disable headphone safety. So irritating
We shouldn’t be forced to have the notification for headphone safety

I’m not sure that this is true. There is a WHO recommendation but no legislation. This deserves repeating - No Legislation. In the UK, this was also the answer that Apple gave, but recent updates have allowed the volume to remain constant, but you still get an annoying bleep and notification. Before this update Apple stated that it was legislative. So am I to assume that they have got round the legislation by now keeping the volume constant? If I was Apple, I’d want to reclaim their status as a free relaxed company, that treats it’s customers with the individualism they deserve. Let other companies worry about the nanny state. I suspect that a simple analysis of the data will show 100% of users will turn the volume immediately to its previous setting, or ignore the banner that comes up, making the whole exercise pointless. The only effect that Apple will experience is the loss of customers. Come on Apple, do what you’re famous for, give your customers a choice.

This is a measure designed to protect your hearing health.
In some regions this can not be turned off, this is nothing to do with Apple, this is to meet government legislation.
Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety
Looks like my next phone will be a Samsung that doesn’t annoy the fuck out of me with this
Why the fuck am I not able to turn headphone safety off that **** is sooo annoying.
How can I add a shortcut to the so-called “Health” app to my Home Screen so I can more easily delete the device data and stop the warnings from coming up as often? They turn on the screen and eat battery unnecessarily.
I can’t opt out; it won’t stop tracking and bugging. However, I found the cheat code! Just tell the phone your Bluetooth devices are “hearing aides” and it will quit bugging you. It makes sense in a way; if it weren’t for my “hearing aides” I wouldn’t be able to hear my tunes.
To turn off go to settings; accessibility; audio/visual then turn off headphone notifications! ✌️
