I want to dispute a transaction?

I want to dispute a transaction but it says completed. It was $240 taken from my account. It’s most likely a scam. But it was accepted from the person. I’m currently stationed at Fort Gordon. The army base and I called my bank in California. They told me that since it was sent from Apple Pay I contact apple support. Where do I go from here?

See the following from Send and receive money with Apple Pay - Apple Support

Apple Pay person to person payments are just like any other private transaction between two people. If you're unable to cancel or receive your money back from the recipient, you can contact us to open a dispute.
