How do i share wifi password on iPhone?

If you are trying to have people connect to a wifi you are connected to, the share prompt will appear when they try to connect, are near your device, and you have their Apple ID in your contacts.

Otherwise, the normal way is for you to just tell them the password, and they type it in.

View your Keychain:

What do you want to share it? Have you forgotten it? If so, then view it in your keychain. Go Here: Set up iCloud Keychain - Apple Support

Your wifi password is originally set by your provider and if you share it, you are putting your security and your network at risk if you share it with anyone but family in the same household. And, you do not "share" it per se - you have the other person enter it in Settings on their own device while choosing the wifi network.
