App store problem

Hey guys,


I accidentally bought a yearly subscription to an app recently, and cancelled it not even an hour after buying. I received the email confirming that I will be refunded a few days later. The purchase was made through my phone bill. It’s been a few weeks now, and I haven’t got a refund on my phone bill. And I also received this email out of the blue today:


You have purchased PicsArt Gold - Annual on June 11, 2021 and acknowledged that if you download or use this In-App Purchase within fourteen days of buying it, you will no longer be eligible to cancel this purchase



Will I be refunded?
