My apple ID is locked on my iphone and i cant update my apps

How do I unlock my apple ID? I choose to unlock by email but I'm not getting any emails

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Apple ID - Password/Security Questions verification e-mail not received.

If applicable.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
