The App Store app is not one of the apps that can be deleted. If it is not visible it may be due to a restriction on purchasing. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time. tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. tap iTunes & App Store Purchases. choose a setting and set to Allow. Google Play is an Android store and apps from Google Play will not run on an iPad. You can use the App Store app on yur iPad to download the Google Play Movies app and the Google Play Books app.
