Untrusted certificates

I need help...I have this untrusted certificate popping up all the time and my phone rings all the time with no notifications. But when I go to Settings>General>About>Certificate Trust Settings, I also cannot see the untrusted certificates. I also cannot see Profiles in Settings>General, which means that I have not downloaded any new certs? How do I erase this scam certificate?

If you want to turn on SSL trust for that certificate, go to Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings. Under "Enable full trust for root certificates," turn on trust for the certificate. Apple recommends deploying certificates via Apple Configurator or Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Trust manually installed certificate profiles in iOS and iPadOS ...
