My Track Pad will connect to Bluetooth OK, but will not perform functions. There is no Arrow on the screen. Have performed re-boot a couple of time. keyboad connects OK. Same thing - connects but will not function. Any thoughts?

Thank-you, your process worked well for key board. I think there may be a problem with Track Pad itself. will connect OK but still will not function. Easily re-installed a Mac mouse by Bluetooth. So appears a track pad problem. Thanks for your help.
