Looks like you are trying to pair your AirPods to your device but only have one. We want to help! If the AirPods have already been paired to a device then you are able to use one by itself. If they have not been paired, you will need to locate the other AirPod or get a repair started to receive another in order to pair: AirPods Service and Repair.
