I can’t update my card

I payed all my subscriptions, and I canceled them afterwards, (cuz I didn’t need them) and I can’t update my card, therefor I can download anything on my phone

Your Apple ID is the account to use for everything Apple. including iTunes, App Store, iCloud etc.

First: You might want to check the payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID:
