Cancel extra storage subscrition

Hello I no longer have my iphone xr and forgot to cancel the extra storage I was paying for. How can I cancel without the phone?

The storage is linked to your Apple ID, not to a specific device. See the following for instructions on how to cancel: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support

and note the following from that support article:

If you don't have one of these devices, contact Apple Support to change your iCloud storage plan.
