iCloud Drive has disappeared from the files directory on iPhone

Maybe cause and affect?? My iCloud drive has disappeared from the file directory on my iPhone XR with current iOS. This morning I installed Mega cloud storage software on same phone. It appeared in file directory but not iCloud.

I uninstalled Mega. Still no iCloud. However, one of my files in iCloud still shows up in my recents.

Any suggestions on getting iCloud back? I still have web access but . . .

iPhone XR

I figured it out. In case anyone else runs into this: Files was only showing On My iPhone and Recently deleted when Browse was selected. I clicked the ellipsis in the upper right corner and selected edit and the toggle switch for iCloud Drive became visible. It was turned off. I am guessing the Mega cloud storage software turned the setting off when I installed it.
