MS Outlook

I just added the MS Outlook app to my phone and noticed that I can not open it. Every time I click on the App it try’s to open, then closes back to the main screen.

I am currently running on IOS 14.6 on a IPhone 11 plus, and need the app for business.

I tried all the options listed as to how to get the App to work, and nothing.

its as if the IPhone doesn’t want me to use the App. I have access to it through the regular mail form, but need the added features that the App provides.

any insight??

Just to check, did you try removing, and then, reinstalling this app yet? If so, have you tried a "force" restart of your phone?


FWIW, I have an iPhone SE, 2nd gen, running iOS 14.6 and I'm not having this issue with the Outlook app.
