My photos from the last 2 months are gone after I replaced my phone at apple yet I had everything backed up

my phone wasn’t working so I went to apple for a replacement, my phone was all backed up everything on iCloud. I check and my photos from the past 2 months are completely gone on all my devices yet I still have some pictures in my recently deleted from a few days ago. Where did my pictures go ?
