If your HD/SSD was encrypted no one has access to your information, even if you never see your old drive again.

You need a password to access an account/information stored...

They said apple don't manufacture original components for this model anymore as it has been released a long time back. No one is going to give you someone else's email address or contact information. You should have removed the drive before the computer went to be serviced.

If you don't have the password, the information on that drive is dead to you. Forgetaboutit.

Erase the drive and re-install the factory MaOS, then upgrade to the version you want to be running

I did not know that - starting with which OS version? It was not enabled on mine.
