My friend and I use Apple Watches and we share our activities in the story. When my activity is 21092 steps, the watch shows that I spent 763 kcal, and when my friend walks only for 11821 steps, she spends 787 kcal? Why is there such a difference in calculations? I calibrated the watch and entered all my data.

Calories are calculated based on the information you enter in the health app such as height, weight, gender etc,so no 2 people will be the same.

A heavier person will burn more calories for the same workout as a lighter person.
