I got a text message saying “Reminder: You have one day left (until 07/22) to reset your Apple ID password.

Why am I receiving this if I haven’t tried resetting my Apple ID password?

If that is the only text message you have gotten concerning your Apple ID and the 'apple.com/recover' is a link, the text is probably a scam trying to compromise your Apple password.
