It's still like that, and it's only with netflix, but it's the same with a mac and safari or chrome browser!

I've talked with netflix but nothing happened! I think it's connected with avc or hevc codec used by netflix!

Netflix support is kinda pointless.
slow internet, slow wifi, try to turn off and on again, set the quality at netflix page - every single time. They don't give me a ticket number or bug id, or anything else so I can jump right to that.
As suggested in the thread, it requires further assistance from Netflix. If you tried and din't have success then it's best to try again and escalate to a higher rep if necessary.
I get that, but they are the only ones who can assist, as it is an issue with their service. As I said if you aren’t having luck then you need to escalate
I believe if only "one" person get the report is not that good than more people. That's why I suggest to report everyone! That has more power.
