If you've forgotten your Apple ID – Apple Support - This will help with your forgotten Apple ID

Regarding your passcode, you will need to connect your device to a computer or Macbook running iTunes, you will lose any data on your phone if you do not have a saved backup.

Did you forget the passcode to the phone or did you forget your Apple ID password?
