iPad charge issues
I have been having to jiggle my iPad cord to get it to charge. Now it’s not charging at all. Is there a quick fix?

Perhaps it's a matter of faulty cable.

If the issue persists, make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
