My Mailbox says is full but it's empty

How do I get my golfing email account working again? When you send an email to it, it says Mailbox is Full…and it’s empty?

The first thing to try is to log on to your webmail account using a browser, e.g. Safari, and check the content of your mailboxes. If they too report excessive storage, clean them up. Then talk to your email provider to see how to set up an IMAP account for you emails; this should take care of the issue in the future.
