Hello my MacBook is secondhand.. I don't have the manual or the box just the unit and the charger can I still bring my MacBook to authorised centers to get my battery evaluated?

If parts are available and MBA is not a vintage product, yes.

Fully charge it and then use on battery. If it doesn't last more than 4-6 hours, you may
want to get the battery replaced. An Authorized Apple Service Provider can do
this for you.
Otherwise, just continue to use it until the useful battery life is no longer acceptable.
