I have a macbook pro and from past few months, I am not able to connect any bluetooth device to it. I have tried everything out there on the internet as of now i.e. reset bluetooth module, reset pram, scm, upgrade the OS(current on big sur), delete plist files, operate in safe mode. It isnt working still.
Anyone aware of this issue? Everything else seems to work normal. Airdrop is working too

The BT has to be recognized by the System...if not you have a hardware issue.

For your issue
Hold the Shift Option keys and click open the BT icon in the upper right menubar>Reset
I have this problem too! The bluetooth on my 2020 macbook pro can only find my airpods and my iphone. Not my BT soundbar. My phone can connect to the soundbar no problem, so I know the soundbar is working! I reset the BT module, rebooted the computer, turned the soundbar on and off, but my macbook is still not finding the soundbar.
Does the Bluetooth menu show black, or gray?
Does Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Bluetooth show that it is turned on and that it is in the menubar?
Are there any devices listed?
