Apple Music subscribe

Hey guys!

i am a member of the apple music family subscription! today I could not use the services of the service. when trying to log into the account, the service offered to buy a subscription again. I accidentally paid for an individual subscription. money was withdrawn from my card. why? because I pay as a member of the family. I am very angry and upset. Gimme my money back, please. explanation of the situation.

If you followed all the steps in:

Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

then you might be able to fix your first issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
