How do I get my old account except the same username and password

See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.

Do you mean a different AppleID that you used previously?

if so, what happened to it?

Did you actively delete it w/ Apple … or simply stop using it ?

If the former, it’s probably unavailable forever.

If it’s the latter, you might be able to recover it w/ https://iforgot.apple.com/
