I have a new phone. I can't seem to get my new phone to install on my minmac which is a 2011... which might be too old? Or is it the operating systerm High Sierra that can't update? Can I take computer games off of the computer to make room? Help??

The specs for the iPhone 11 show this:
System Requirements
Syncing to a Mac or PC requires:
• macOS Catalina 10.15 using the Finder
• macOS El Capitan 10.11.6 through macOS Mojave 10.14.6 using iTunes 12.8 or later
Make sure that you have applied any available software updates (not upgrades) for your version of High Sierra.
What version of iOS is your iPhone running?
