I can’t see any choices in my Adobe Lightroom subscription plan in my settings. How can I cancel the my subscription?

I want to cancel my subscription with Adobe Lightroom but I can’t see any choices in my settings, the only choice I have in there is to renew my subscription. I already checked the adobe support but it says I should go to my apple settings. I want to cancel my subscription because I don’t use it anymore. Anyone have the same issue? Please help me. Thank you!
