With over 100mps upload and download speed all of a sudden in the last few days my iphone images and videos are super slow to download. Like over an hour for a short video. It seems all clogged up. I rely on this process for my business to make my videos. Why something used to take moments to download is taking forever I don't understand.
What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are experiencing slow downloads on iCloud.
To start, have you tested this on more than one Wi-Fi network, with similar results? Also, are any other downloads happening on your Mac Pro while you are attempting to download photos and video using the Photos app?

I am only downloading one thing at a time and I have 100+ mbs both upload and download speeds. Eventually I just downloaded the videos and photos from my phone because it was taking too long on my computer. I have a macbook pro. 2.9 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
16 GB Memory
Radeon Pro 560
Intel Graphics 630 1536 MB
Everything was downloading fine until about 2 weeks ago.
Any suggestions? What do I need to upgrade?
