Spatial audio is NOT on my 6th gen iPad, what do I do?

I just received my AirPods Pro from amazon, after I checked I noticed that the new “spatial audio” feature is missing.

I went online to search for directions. Did not work

Spent about 30 minutes on my own to search for the feature. Didn’t work

Please help me.
