USB WIFI adapter

How can I contact Apple in respect with USB WIFI adapters, to get maximum WIFI-signal at home on my Macbook Pro ,which are able to use until version Mac OS version 10.5 due to driver update. Up to now I use Mac OS Big Sur 11.5.1 and is no driver available. Apple has to approve the new driver update.

At home the WIFI-signal disappears on a regular basis for some reasons and I am making preparations to

reduce it. I hope that someone can help me with this. The Apple support is only for devices and not for general questions.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5

The Manufacturer of this device have had the opportunity, even before Big Sur was released, to test their Driver software. Big Sur was released in November 2020 - so they have all this time to develop a new driver and if required submit for approval from Apple.

That said - some Developers and Manufacturers have abandoned writing new driver software for older devices. Thusly, best contact the Developer or Manufacturer of your device to inquire about new software drivers specific for Big Sur Compatibilities.

I already contacted the fabricator and admitted that the USB WIFI adapter I purchased is not compatible with Mac OS Big Sur 11.5 and driver installation failed. The fabricator could not say when there will be a new driver available and how long it will take for Apple to approve to develop a new driver. TP-Link advised to purchase another brand USB WIFI adapter. When searching I was not able to find a proper one as most drivers are compatibel up to Mac OS 10.5. I am looking for a replacement of TP-link , AC600 Nano Wifi USB-adapter ( Archer T2U Nano) Thank you and kind regards Gerrit van den Brink.

apple does not need to approve drivers one download from the manufacturers site

they only approve drivers included in macOS

also while I don't have it verified then I'm not 100% sure of a big sur driver for x86 (intel cpu) will always work on an m1 (arm based cpu) not sure if rosetta stone 2 emulations will work on all low-level hardware device drivers.

I have already installed a Wifi usb- adapter , T2U Nano, on my old Windows pc w. Win10.pro and is operating faster. On adapter info speed 270 mb/s , while my provider provides for 300mb/s (for home internet). Thank you and kind regards.
