ipod is disabled connect to itunes

ipod is disabled connect to itunes >>> itunes could not connect to "my ipod" because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the ipod touch before it can be used with itunes.

This is a none solve loop because I can not enter anything on that disabled screen.

How can I enable my ipod touch again?

Turn the iPod Touch off before you connect it to the computer and connect it as described in the following instructions: If you forgot the passcode on your iPod touch, or your iPod touch is disabled - Apple Support

You are facing Activation Lock, an anti theft feature. There is no way of using it without help from the original owner. Return for a refund or have the seller follow these instructions:
