Mac mini reset

I purchased a used 2014 Mac mini and need to reset the name and the iCloud account that is linked to the device. How can I do this? I tried the NVRAM reset but am using a Dell keyboard and the keys are not the same. Thank you.

Sounds like the previous owner did not correctly prepare the Mac Mini before selling it.

If you can not Erase and Reinstall as per the last step, then you will the to contact the seller and have them properly prepare it or return it to them.
